Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and ResPost LLC (“ResPost,” “we,” “us”) covering your use of getrespost.comand the services offered there (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so, and “you” means that company.

What the Service does

ResPost helps property managers plan, draft, and publish marketing content — social posts, newsletters, Google Business Profile updates, and replies to reviews. It drafts that content using AI and schedules it to the channels you connect. Nothing is published to a connected channel until you approve it, except where you have explicitly turned on an automatic setting yourself.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by people you invite to it.
• The Service is for business use. It is not directed to anyone under 18.

Your content, and who owns what

You keep all rights to the material you put into the Service — property details, photos, branding, documents, resident lists — and to the content the Service produces for you. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and transmit that material in order to operate the Service and to publish what you approve to the channels you connect. We claim no ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including photographs, logos, and anything identifying a resident, and for the accuracy of what gets published under your name.

Connected accounts

When you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram Business account, a Google Business Profile, a calendar, a document store, or a property-management system, you authorize us to act on that account only as you direct through the Service. Your use of those accounts remains subject to the provider’s own terms, and a provider can suspend or change access at any time. You can disconnect any channel from Settings, which deletes the stored credential. Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

AI-generated content

Drafts are produced by AI and can be wrong. Rent figures, availability, fees, dates, names, and legal or fair housing language must be checked before you approve a post. You are solely responsible for what you publish. The review step exists for this reason, and approving a draft is your confirmation that it is accurate and compliant.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Publish housing advertising that discriminates on any basis protected by federal, state, or local law.
• Send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or in violation of anti-spam laws.
• Post on behalf of an account you are not authorized to represent.
• Reverse engineer the Service, resell it, or use it to build a competing product.
• Interfere with the Service’s operation or circumvent its limits or security.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice, effective at your next renewal. During early access, pricing and features may change more often, and we will tell you before a change affects what you pay.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your use puts the Service or a connected platform at risk, or if we are required to by a provider or by law. On termination we stop processing your data and delete it on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy; you can request deletion sooner by emailing us.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI-generated content will be accurate, or that a third-party platform will keep working as it does today.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify ResPost against claims arising from content you publish through the Service, your use of a connected account, or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will give notice in the Service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
